What makes us different
Bigfoot Adventurer Academy offers enrichment courses and summer camps that pair STEM concepts with art, observation, and outdoor immersion! All right here in Maple Valley and the surrounding SoCo area.
Why families choose Bigfoot adventurer Academy
- STEAM With an Art-First Twist
We introduce STEM concepts through a heavy dose of art and abstract thinking. Kids don’t just learn—they create, sketch, build, and question. - Slow Observation, Real Discovery
Our teaching is rooted in Observology: the study of looking. We trade screens and speed for patient attention and the kind of learning that sticks. - Locally Led, Locally Loved
Based in Maple Valley and expanding throughout SoCo. - Small Groups by Design
No crowds, no chaos. We keep our ratios low so every kid is seen, heard, and safe—especially outdoors and near water. - Informed Care
As a medically complex family ourselves, we understand T1D, ADHD, autism, and more. Your child will be met at their level and cared for according to their individualized plan. Caregivers are welcome to attend at no extra charge.
Slow down. Look closer. Get outside!
Our programs aren’t about covering ground. They’re about uncovering connections to new concepts and to themselves. Led by instructors who believe patient observation beats fast-paced busywork every time.
